WCS is appointing a Financial Director.
This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded finance leader who will work directly with our CEO and Leadership Team to shape the financial direction of an international software business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, developing long-range commercial forecasts, guiding key business decisions through robust modelling and analysis, and ensuring strong governance, compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
This role goes beyond reporting — it is about building financial clarity, supporting growth strategy, and embedding commercial understanding across the organisation.
Key requirements:
• Extensive experience at senior management level
• CA / CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent)
• Strong IFRS, modelling and forecasting capability
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience operating in international, multi-currency environments
• Ability to communicate financial insight clearly to non-finance leaders
• Software and ERP experience advantageous
