Technical Project Coordinator
Ideally this will suit a recent graduate with 2 plus years experience in project administration within the software / IT sector.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Technical Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of software development projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The Technical Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring project milestones are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Salary: £28,000/year

What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time, within budget and scope.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, delays, bottlenecks or budget overrun or scope creep. Use tools to monitor technical team working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Attend all project and project related meetings while taking minutes.
- Assisting in drafting, managing and filing of the statement of works
- Updating the revenue tracker with milestone achievements
- Customer engagements for project updates, purchase order and payment follow ups
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
- Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure accurate recording of project requirements, specifications, and progress updates.
- Reviewing timesheets against statement of work time allocation
- Requesting Purchase orders
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Organise and lead project meetings, providing agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Assist in quality assurance processes, ensuring that software products meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with testing teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Identify potential risks and issues in the project and work proactively to mitigate them.
- Escalate critical issues to the project manager and assist in developing contingency plans.

You need:
- Degree or 3rd level qualification, an IT related field desirable.
- 2 years project administrator experience in technical project coordination within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or CAPM certification (optional but preferred).
- Currently holds the independent right to work in UK, with no time restrictions
- Warehousing and supply chain experience would be advantageous
